Mohammad Khalilur Rahman succeeds BTRC Director General Naseem Parvez
Within 24 hours of the announcement of the flexible plan for mobile data by the regulatory commission to bring freedom and comfort to customers, one of the engineers behind it was the Director General of BTRC (Systems and Services) Brigadier General Md. Nasim Parvez and he has been recalled to Bangladesh Army. Brigadier General Mohammad Khalilur Rahman has been appointed in his place.
This direction of transfer has been given in the order signed by Abdullah Arif, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, as per the order of the President on Monday.
Brigadier Nasim Parvez succeeded the then Director General Brigadier General Md. Mustafa Kamal in December 2020. After joining, he has made a special contribution in implementing important policies of the Commission including One Country One Rate.
